I built Hire Possibilities Home from a simple belief: homeowners deserve trusted support, clear communication, and professionals who treat them with respect. When I bought my first home at 28, even with years of experience managing large facility projects for the Alpha Phi chapter house at Washington State University, finding the right handy person was harder than it should have been. Too often, vendors ignored my experience, talked to my husband instead of me, or “mansplained” without real solutions.

Everything changed when I found Dave, my longtime handyman, who treated me like a capable partner, or like he would his daughter. He helped me better understand my home, approach repairs with confidence, and feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. When Dave retired in 2025, I knew I needed to find more folks that shared his values.

With a background as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, nearly 20 years overseeing historic sorority properties and major maintenance projects, a Washington State general contractor license, and my Washington real estate license earned in 2025, I created Hire Possibilities Home to bring that same trusted experience to other homeowners and landlords. We connect clients with carefully vetted professionals (with a focus on talented handy women) so home care feels less stressful, more transparent, and something you can feel genuinely confident about.
