With Hire Possibilities Home, you’ll have six or more hours of handyperson service each quarter, proactively scheduled with our team. We’ll aim to send the same person regularly, so they get to know your home, your preferences, and the projects you’d like to tackle.

We make every effort to send the same handy person regularly.
Familiarity helps: knowing which door sticks, what was repaired last time, and where you’d like us to focus next.
Occasionally, availability or the work involved may require a different team member.
There’s flexibility when your needs change
Some months, your list may be longer. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability, with the cost approved before we proceed.
If you don’t use all your included time within the quarter, unused hours roll forward up to a maximum bank of six hours.

FAQs
How many hours are included?
Recurring service starts at six hours per quarter (3-month period). If you aren’t sure how many hours to choose, we’ll help you determine an allocation based on your home and the work you expect to need.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours roll forward, with a maximum bank of six rollover hours in addition to your current quarter’s allocation.
What if I need extra time?
Additional hours are available for an extra fee at our typical hourly rate, subject to scheduling availability. We’ll confirm the additional scope and cost with you before proceeding.
Will I have the same handy person every month?
That’s our goal. We prioritize continuity whenever staffing and project needs allow, though we can’t guarantee the same person for every appointment.
Are materials included?
Materials are billed separately from your service hours.
Can you handle larger projects, too?
Tell us what you have in mind. Work that extends beyond your recurring appointments can be discussed and estimated separately, or we always have other local trusted resources to refer you out to.
What if I find I need to adjust my number of hours?
Talk to us! We can always adjust up or down for upcoming quarters if we have at least a month’s notice.

We can offer prorated plans for your first quarter, depending on how much time is left in the quarter and subject to our availability.
Can this include a combination of handy, yard and cleaning services?
Yes! As long as we’re able to plan in advance to get this on our different handypeoples’ calendars, all of these types of projects are covered with this plan.
