If you’ve been following my North Seattle College Landlord classes and property project management services, this next step may not come as a surprise. I’m pleased to announce that I’ve hung my real estate license with JEVONS Property Management and am now offering full-service property management to select clients!

This is an expansion of our home services. We’ll continue providing maintenance and repairs for homeowners while growing our amazing team of trusted folks to care for your homes and rental properties.

For our property management clients, that means priority access to our maintenance team and discounted hourly maintenance rates. You’ll have people who get to know your property, coordinate the work, and keep you informed along the way. Clear communication is central to how I work. We’ll talk about how hands-on or hands-off you want to be, establish expectations around updates and repair approvals, and make sure you understand what’s happening with your property and what it costs. You and your tenants can trust that we’ll act ethically and help you find practical solutions to problems that arise, including referring you to other trusted companies when they’re better suited to the work.

I’m also excited to offer the option to work with a handywoman for maintenance needs! Supporting women in the trades matters to me, as does giving owners and tenants options that help them feel comfortable with the people working in their homes.
